Abu Dhabi to host the largest Russian festival & fair at Yas Bay Waterfront

Abu Dhabi is set to welcome the largest Russian festival and fair, "Made in Russia," from 21 to 25 February 2025 at Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island.
Organised in partnership with the Russian Export Center, the festival offers an immersive experience of Russia’s culture, traditions, and industries.
With free entry, visitors can enjoy live performances, culinary showcases, shopping, and business networking opportunities.
Authentic Russian cuisine
Food enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of Russian delicacies, from freshly made blini (pancakes) and syrniki (curd pancakes) to luxurious sweets and berry jams. The festival will also feature high-quality dairy products, healthy snacks, and fitness essentials. Live cooking demonstrations will allow guests to witness traditional Russian cooking techniques and taste freshly prepared dishes.

Beauty and art exhibitions
Over 10 leading Russian beauty brands will present eco-friendly and natural skincare products, highlighting Russia’s growing reputation in cosmetics. The festival also brings Mezen painting, a centuries-old art form from Russia’s northern regions, to life through live demonstrations by skilled artists. This intricate craft, known for its bold black and red patterns, reflects deep-rooted Russian heritage.
Live performances and entertainment
Music and dance will take centre stage, featuring renowned Russian ensembles:
- Slaviane Folk Ensemble – An award-winning folk group from Moscow’s State Academic Theatre "Russkaya Pesnya".
- Islamey State Folk Song Ensemble – A celebrated group performing Russian and North Caucasian music.
- Daria Kuznetsova – An opera sensation bringing classical Russian opera to Abu Dhabi.
- TODES Dance Troupe – The world-famous ensemble led by Alla Dukhova, delivering electrifying performances.
Evening entertainment will feature DJ KIDY, transforming the venue into a vibrant nightlife hub.

Families and children can enjoy exclusive screenings of popular Russian animated films, presented by leading studios like Platoshka, Mechtalet, RIKI Group, and Soyuzmultfilm. Interactive zones will offer engaging experiences, making the festival a perfect outing for all ages.
